All of my customers receive a personal and lifetime warranty on all the work that went into building the wheel. If you buy a hand built wheel from me, I will replace any future spokes that break and realign your wheel if it doesn’t stay straight, absolutely free of charge. The guarantee applies to normal use and not to e.g. a crash or other damage. If the accident occurs, I will help you repair and get the wheel restored at the lowest possible cost. For hubs, rims and other components, the respective manufacturer’s guarantees apply and you can have them replaced via Tensegrity.se.
